    Thanks, strange thing, when I opened BI, cam 1 was online. Checked its password setting and it displays old password. Then changed pass word in cam2 and 3 . Cam 2 came online but not cam 3. Not sure if I have been hacked cos very strange what is happening

    I know this will probably be something simple but have just upgraded to another hub ( three sim broadband uk) but now have no signal to my cams. Presumably the ip address has changed.     I haven't altered any settings in Blue Iris. The new folder is set to 40gb before transferral and this has always been fine. But at the mo there is 93gb in the new folder so apparently the software is not shifting the files to the stored folder on D drive. There is space in the stored folder...

    Hi On Blue Iris 4 The new clips folder on the C drive has stopped moving its clips at the preset level ( 40gb) to the stored folder on my D drive resulting in the C drive filling up with clips and crashing Blue Iris. Any ideas ? Thanks

    Yep, I know that syndrome. Definitely using new address cos it stayed in the browser. Funny, had given up and happened to put in the address on my phone and the Huawei page popped up, wasn’t expecting that. Alls well that ends well, Thanks again :)

    If I cannot access my router my plan would be to access my cameras and change their ip,s to be within range of new routers original lan then factory reset the router ( huawei b535-33ea) . Would that work?

    3 Cameras are now plugged into switch which is connected to new router. There are 3 connections showing in router as IP6 connections with mac addresses but no IP4 addresses so where do I go from here. Have done an ip scan with a piece of software but they don't show there.
