Galvanized 2" posts are usually used for corners in chain link fences, so maybe check out fence companies or fencing suppliers. Lowes shows 10- and 12-foot lengths, but they are out of stock. I have seen posts in limited colors, which may be an option instead of painting if you want to...

According to the description on BHPhoto, the PFT1300 has one PoE input, one PoE output to the next extender, and one IP camera port. Which would explain why only one camera works, since the second camera is plugged into the PoE output port. "Dahua Technology PFT1300 PoE Extender"
