OK, I now have 5 rules setup from ONVIF Alerts: But how do I send an Alert Notification (ios alert in app) for only one of those events, for only "Front Door Person"? In the Alert rules I don't think I can pass any parameters to just alert on this IVS rule. Here:

can you drill into and screenshot one of those intrusion rules @actran, so I can see the syntax? It looks like you can use this to confirm person or vehicle as an Action

How did you get those Rules in there? Did they auto-add on new Inspect, or did you write each one in as a new rule?

Oh interesting. I have previously renamed my IVS rules. Let me check to see if that is passed over. can I just run IVS or do I need the tabs for Motion and smart detection turned on?

I only have IVS set in the camera. Regular motion and smart motion send false alerts it seems like.

When I added new cameras to existing set of IPC-HDW2231R-ZS, I started using the Dahua IPC-T5442T-ZE. Love them. Assuming IPC-T5442T-ZE is the latest model? I sold my last home and have no cameras, yet!

If you look closely, the car's shadow is crossing that zone. Probably the shadow triggering it

After I set the FPS to 15, all my 12 cameras that are IPC-HDW2231R-ZS will STILL constantly revert the substreams back to 30 FPS. Current firmware is: V2.800.0000016.0.R, Build Date: 2020-06-05

I have Dahua cameras as well. Why is it that every time I set the FPS for the substream to 5 FPS VBR, it resets it to 30 FPS within a day? It's maxing out my CPUs with 12 having this problem. Could Blue Iris be resetting my changes back to 30fps substream default?

I'm lost on this part. I turn off Motion when I'm trying to use IVS. However, in a few hours I will see a lot of false alerts. So if I go back into the Dahua camera settings, I'll see that Motion is Enabled on its own once again! What?
