    Hikvision camera DS-2CD2385FWD-I is dead - what to do

    One of my four Hikvision (DS-2CD2385FWD-I) cameras seem to be dead as I am not getting any pictures from the camera and cannot connect to it any longer. It was working well previously. Please, does anyone know what could have happened? Is it power-related? Please, what should I do? Thanks
