Hi. I experienced smiler situation as client used broom stick to clean the camera(). Thus slightly damaged the outer glass, applied tiny bit of glue and a hairdryer. Magic, it worked. Good luck

Hi. Two way you can do: 1) with back box(junction box) 2) drill small hole to pull RJ, from outside drill 3/4 big halfway into small hole to hide the connectors. Good luck

hi. thank you for the reply. i tried adding main nvr's ip and channel no, but keep coming up as wrong channel port. previously i addred smiler from dvr to nvr, and it worked. i do remember reading someone mention dvr/nvr works as decorder. thank you

Hi genius. Got a problem. Ds-7604NI-K1/4P, keeps going off. All the lights input ports are flashing and no signal on the tv. Tried changing different unit. Live only for an hour or so. Any solution? Thanks in advance

Hi genius. Please, I need help with Hikvision Dvr. So I have this 16channel dvr with 16 cameras. And have two microphone in line 1 & 2. Is their anyway can I listen what’s on channel 10 camera? Because, dvr have only 4 channel audio input. And I can only hear ch1 and ch2. Thanks in advance.
