I havent updated my app. The DMSS 2.0 update proved it was a data collection excercise. 100% your data is going to China. I can no longer install Dahua's app for end users. Have switched my installs to DW Spectrum -

From what I am hearing, there is that aspect, but the installers including myself have no interest in their DoLynk Care data collection service. I'm expected to now pay 100's every year so Dahua can force me into their full Eco system as well as my customers. Its a disgrace. Security regulators... -

The snakes in Dahua are claiming if you sign in/ register into the account mode first, then log out you will get the option to use local mode when adding a device. You should see a Maybe Later option. But at that stage they already got what they wanted from you. Your email and mobile device... -

Hey Wittaj, Im not sure if you know too much about DoLynk, but for a installer to be able to do that, he would have to not "deliver" the device to the end user from the DoLynk platform, if they do not do this the end user would actually not get the device on their app at all. When it is... -

I dont think there is a way to include the data using -d switch. Any time I have used this I just send a URL request with no data as the URL is direct to the endpoint, can you implement the data into your URL? Sorry I only have limited knowledge -

VTH has no web service. That is normal. In Config Tool, click search setting at the top, click other segment search. Ensure subnet is 192.168.1.1-255. I would probably factory default both devices, key is getting both devices to show in Config Tool first. -

Are both devices in the same subnet as your computer? I have come across this a few times on older VTO/VTH. Not really on the newer products like what you have. Are both products showing in Config Tool when connected to Switch? Is Extend Mode turned on, on the switch? Turn that off if you have...
