    Thanks! I’ve look to see if I can use y modem and send the dh-mini-boot.img via serial. No luck. I might of accidentally wipe out the NAND or the bad sector causing it.

    I also have a Dahua and it's able to detect motion and record the same Reolink camera but not the Hikvision. It's using ONVIF port 8000 but I see it has RTSP 554.
