I am seeing the image on the lockscreen, but I do have to expand the notification to see the image which I'm ok with.

I see the latest update 2.0.50 (2/4/18) supports alerts with images, something our iOS friends have had for a while. I've checked every option I can think of in the BI desktop software and still don't see images when I receive a push notification. I do see a placeholder where the image 'should'...

So, I think i figured out my issue. Not sure exactly what caused it, I did have some hard drive space issues a week or so ago where I had about 1mb free.. lol, don't ask... I went back into my settings, under Mobile, i removed my two devices and added them back in and it appears to be working...

I've got the same exact problem, though I only use push alerts. I thought maybe it was do to updating my OS on my phone.
