    Hi The dvr is showing as online, but when i enter the serial number of the device into ivms-4500, it says "the device is online and has been added by other user"

    HIKVISION DS-7616NI-I2/16P LOST ALL CAMERAS

    I reset my NVR settings and now ive lost all cameras and its showing as disconnected for the cameras, they are all connected by POE, any idea of what to do?
