Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

I did not test 180809. i only have 180726 running. I had the same experience that when I only had the 16Vac 10VA transformer i had no problem viewing live streaming using IVMS-4200 on a desktop computer using local network. but it just constantly dropped of the phone app as offline. if you are...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

it sounds great with the ding dong. 180726 only makes ding not dong on my doorbell. but i will wait for the next firmware since my 180726 is working ok. well it does occasionally skip video for a few seconds and occasionally even detects and record no video even thou there was a person right...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

I did not try 180809. i am not sure if it is identical to 180726. in the past year i've seen a lot of versions of firmware from different brand names varied by just a few days. I think they are identical. 180809 means 2018 Aug 9, so i believe it may be very much identical to 180726 meaning 2018...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

like Bitslizer suggested, reboot it either thru webui or iVMS4200. i am lazy so i don't unscrew the cover screw to take off the cover to scan the QR code. after rebooting, and removing it from the phone app, i do manual add. refresh it several times or sometimes even closing the app multiple...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

I have been using the 2 DB1 for more than a year. i had similar symptoms in November even though I replaced with a 16V 30VA transformer. but the 16V 30VA transformer was powering 2 doorbells at the same time. What the problem, as i investigated was the wifi signal degraded as weather changes and...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

you need to make sure to update to the firmware 180726, the latest to have a stable performance. i am using a 16v 30va transformer for both db1s. i did also experience the same reboot problem when i pressed the doorbell button on one of the doorbell. the only way to solve this is to order a...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

this link was posted long ago for over a year. 171219 means 2017 Dec. 19. I would suggest go to Nelly's website to download 180726 firmware as a lot of people in this thread have been using it.

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

you don't add the doorbell using online devices in the app. you add them either by scanning the QR code (which you did anyway), or add them manually by entering the S/N number, followed by entering verification code. adding online devices on your phone app is very similar to using rtsp where the...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

Are you using the blue iris windows that charges $29.95 for a single camera and $59.95 for multiple cameras? the blue iris app on app store charges $9.95 in addition to the windows version. Are you guys talking about this blue iris? or do you have another blue iris somewhere for free?

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

Yea i agree with your assessment. there isn't any product stable enough or better than the DB1 that requires no subscription fee. I have experienced very slow to almost no live streaming from the app these two days. I switched between LaView app and Hickvision app. Neither solved the problem...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

I have 2 RCA brand and 1 LaView brand. All three are being used. One RCA and one LaView experienced offline issue about a week ago, but the other RCA never had any offline issue at all. Weird. I viewed all three on the same phone app. Anyway the offline issue I suspected was the server from...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

this is very typical in current firmware. i have this all the time in both of my front and rear doorbell cameras - missing middle or the end of the video for sometimes up to 1 minute. there is a guy here who sells this doorbell all the time. he has direct connection to the vendor. he may raise...

i am seeing a problem today. my hikvision app deleted all my cameras and once i wanted to add one camera back it said the camera has been added to another account. i am using three phones with the same login credential in hikvision. all 3 phone apps today have no camera inside any more. all said...

i've been having the exact same offline problem more frequent than before in this month. this problem has been on and off for so many months for me no matter what brand of app i use. i am using firmware 180726 on RCA brand. but i had three different firmware before and also experienced the same...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

if you see it stops rebooting because you don't touch it, i am very confident that your transformer is not providing enough peak voltage to it when activities consume more power. when the IR sensor turns on, you may also see it gets rebooted so often. it's not the signal strength that matters...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

oh i originally thought you just wanted to get the doorbell connected without using the phone app. you still can use ivms4200 or even hikvision connect phone app to connect to the doorbell camera without removing previous account info. There is one pre-condition to this, the doorbell needs to...

since rca security updated their app i switched back to them. one of the big changes in rca security was the motion detection area had way smaller grid. it's 1/4 of the orignal grid size. i didn't update hikvision connect app since i switched to rca security app. did hikvision app also have...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

i've used all of them before and still have all of them on various phones. RCA app got redesigned GUI and seemed stable. but internally they are all the same, probably because hikvision also sold the source code to them. all of them have two bugs so far in iOS: notification number at the corner...

are you sure yours was bricked??? use ivms-4200 or web GUI to log in and then hit reboot. don't use the app to try to log in. after rebooting using ivms4200 or web gui, use phone app to add it manually using serial number and verification code. i always do it like that without any problem
