    Thanks - no I don't have anything else connected to it currently. Will try the reboot today - I have to remove the cover right?

    My doorbell has been working like a champ for months but just this week the Hik-Connect app keeps saying the "device is offline" when I try to access the live view. However it still sends motion alerts (though I can't play them, just see the thumbnail). Should I just reset it?
