yes , ive managed to fix ANOTHER problem with this camera , quality control from factory = zero the backcover + screws didnt fit properly causing a.the internal fan to make more noise then normal and b.it completely blocked my vertical tilt i fixd it by gently forcing the turret to the middle...

the tape is gone and now ive managed to get pss working (login pasword problem) but the tilt is 2 limited in my opinion , i c user videos with the ptz going from leveld to down and i cant do that

i am using the webbrowser + plugin because i cant get pss to work , it says user/password wrong (another problem on the list) , typing the ip in a browser is only direct way for the moment , none of the search and detect tools find it

ok , after i got the camera working thx 2 help in other thread now there are other problems turning up i seem to have NO downward tilt , its 90° or slightly up but it wont turn down is this the normal working for this model ? Dh-sd49225t-hn

its hard for me to judge because its my first ip cam so maybe loud is just not loud you speak of speed setting so i imagine thats the speed at which the turret moves but he makes the noise just sitting idle , sounds abit like a cpu fan on full power

ok , thx alot guys , i managed to get the camera working and same myself a whole lot of trouble with re-sending/packaging the "set the ipadres manually trick" was the solution , just one final remark , this thing is very loud = normal ???

yeah (i think) standard network cable but i tried several , with and without switch/router , always the weird ip-adres and gives blanc page = connection refused im gonna try the cross-over cable thing or make one if i have 2
