It's a great question :) I have no idea how I lost it. It must have jarred loose due to my poor packing. I reached out to EMPIRETECANDY to see if he had any but haven't heard back. I know it's a long shot and an odd situation. Just giving it a shot before I just replace it.

In a recent move, I seem to have lost the back plate on one of my IPC-HFW5231E-Z12E cameras. Anyone have one laying around on a dead camera, or know someone that does? Attaching a photo pointing to the missing plate:

Random question that I'm hoping someone on the thread might be able to answer. Is it possible to remove the back mount on the IPC-HFW5231E-Z12E? I'm working on a concealment project and would like to have the cables going straight into the base, but not wanting to take a wrench to the nut too...
