Hi i ve just flashed mine, english upgradable version, and i have the same problem. I had to use sadptool to fix ip. The cam keeps on switching given ip, 0.0.0.0 and 169.x.x.x default private ip. When the ip fixed, i can log into the cam. Sent with Tapatalk
