Update only gets as far as file transfer complete. I am not receiving the update process complete or whatever it is message. That's what makes me think maybe it wrong firmware. If I try it in SADP I get device rejected, if I try it in ivms I get incorrect password.

I have followed the above steps but am still getting password incorrect. I am using the device "verification code" which is like QGFYCU. Any ideas? Thanks

It was the file transfer completed or whatever. The closed the tftp server. Is it possible now to go down the rs232 route?

Ok thanks for all the replys. Still no luck. Have done FW upgrade over TFTP, tried connecting in IVMS with the Verification Code, still says either incorrect username or password or device rejected. Any other suggestions? Really dont want to bin it. Thanks

Ok heres an update. Just tried flashing the above firmware via TFTP, all seemed to go well and update appeared to complete without issue. However, same issue with the web interface, and when opening SADP, The camera appears but trying to login with password 123456 or 12345 return the error...
