    "Alerts" List Is Empty? ***Resolved***

    Hello, I'm running into an issue where the "Alerts" tab in BI (and BI mobile app) is empty. When I switch to the "All" or "New" tab, then I can see all the recordings but just not Alerts. How can I get "Alerts" working again? PC Desktop i5-4690 .50ghz RAM 16.00 and only using 1 camera
