Hello. I purchased a couple of these cameras about a year ago and have decided to put the micro sd cards in them. I took the back off the camera but can't find the slot for the card. Do I have to remove the top board off the camera and look deeper? Thanks for the help!

No. I changed the TCP port to 40482 and UDP port to 40483. The http port is at 80.

Hello. I'm the guy with PTZ / BI problem. My BI "inspect" results doesn't look like aristobrat's. I must have my basic camera ip setup wrong. I set it to 192.168.1.221:40482. When I use BI's Find/Inspect I get this: Any help would be appreciated.

Newbie here ... could someone point me to a good primer on how to setup a VLAN for my cameras along with disabling internet acesss? I am using the Blue Iris mobile app to access my cameras remotely. Thanks for the help!
