Reolink just posted an update for the doorbell firmware on their website. Hope it has the latest and greatest RTSP goodness in it and fixes all our issues!

I can try switching to my 2.4G vs 5G wifi network, perhaps that will give me a bit better connection. Its a TPLINK access point, with an openwrt router.

Is anyone having an issue where the camera displays a really grainy image until you change an image setting, then it goes clear again? I have it so the camera is always color, but every once in a while the camera image goes really bad. Then I can make a change and the image suddenly readjusts...

Wow, so I got the turret camera version...I almost wish I hadn't, it is so good, I now want to replace all of my other shameful cameras that have a lot of trouble at night. This thing turns night into day....now to tweak allllll of the settings!

Thanks for the reply, I don't think I have heard anyone say much positive about bullet vs turret, so maybe I'll just go turret and just keep it lower, or do the separate IR emitter (I was hoping to avoid this). I haven't had any issues yet with my bullet in terms of spiders, but maybe it is...

I have a camera location over my garage and under the soffit. I previously had an older turret camera there however I had to lower it significantly due to IR reflections off of the gutters causing the image to washout. I changed to a bullet and that seemed to improve it (maybe it sticks out...

Any updates on this. I see this on my setup as well when just recently trying to setup MQTT.
