Hi no just a BT smart hub 6. The IP address showing in app is the same as the one on the SADP tool.

I know. The guys who installed it have no idea. Hikvision and BT were no help. Even a networking specialist had no idea.

However would any of those make a difference to why the cam images arent showing when using the app over wifi?

Hi I have reset the router. Havent reset to factory yet as I want to avoid having to reconnect all my wifi devices. I will get a cable from work tomorrow and hard wire it in rather than using wifi and see. I will run the cmd later and let you know. Thanks
