i have got another Ethernet wire, but my modem is connected to the router via Ethernet as its in modem mode, and then DVR to router so thats my 2 Ethernet used! dont have a 3rd for my laptop, only thing i can try is disconnect my router, and turn on the WiFi in my modem?

Iv ran ipconfig in the CMD prompt and got my local ip address

As you can see in my pictures I was connected to laptop to dvr via ethernet. I have now disconnected the dvr and connected it directly to the router via ethernet thanks
