yes the tftp server initialised on 192.0.0.128 but it just sits there and nothing happens. when u say install the brickfixv2en file via web gui , do you mean in the hikvision webgui -->configuration-->remote upgrade--> firmware->> and selecting that brickfixv2en file ?
