I finally got the NVR flash to work after several tries. Also thought I bricked it several times, but all is well and I can view from my phone as well. My first few attempts was with the latest 4.0 version with the new GUI and it just hung on a dark boot screen. I only got it to work correctly...

Has anyone been successful in finding a compatible firmware update? From everything I've read, the LeChange box is based on Dahua NVR4XXX or NVR5XXX. Every time I've tried to flash an update, it fails halfway through. If anyone with some technical knowledge on modifying the files to work on...
