I don't have any prior experience with this camera and perhaps this is an FAQ. It it common to see internal reflections with this camera? i.e it seems that tail lights, headlights, etc bounce off between the lens elements and/or the glass/plexiglass lens cover. Looks similar to a flare...

looking forward to trying this cam out when it gets here. I assume smaller iris, means higher f/stop? i.e. smaller iris means longer depth of field (i.e. focus)) but less light?

I'm considering this camera. I'd like to disable the onboard IR illuminator and use an external one to avoid insects being attracted to the lens. Can I force the in camera IR illuminator off? Also, when an approaching vehicle has its headlights on, some cameras will switch to daytime mode...

HI All, I'm new here. so please be gentle. Anyone know how to disable the built-in IR light, but leave the IR sensor enabled so that I can use external IR? The external IR cutoff option via the webpage didn't seem to shutoff the built-in IR light. I'm using firmware MC200E2_V0_BU-H5 V2.3.15...
