Gold star for Tigerwillow! It was hidden in the Auto Focus settings button. It didn't work via the NVR web interface but did direct on the NVR itself. Mystery solved! Now onto integrating the VTO2111/ VTH1550...

I am using it with Chrome (and chrome plugin) on Windows 10. Will also try palemoon 32. I am amazed that even in the NVR or smartPSS there doesn't seem to have function for it in the camera setup screen. I can invert, etc... but no zoom???

Q - thanks for the suggestion. I did consider that, but it seems to do exactly the same as my NVR camera setup does. I'm up to try anything to get into the camera to adjust the zoom so will try that tonight as well in case it connects better than the NVR does.

Thanks for the suggestions. Its strange as I can see using IPconfig the IP of the PC when connected to the NVR is in the correct range. I can also connect to the NVR interface via its IP address. I can then see the camera IP addresses in the NVR but can't connect to them from the PC. They...

Thanks for the tip. I just tried that, booting the PC from scratch with wifi off. It got an IP address in the same subnet range but still could not connect. its a strange one....

Instead of starting a new thread I thought I'd continue this one. I have similar varifocal cams with an NVR and they are working fine. Only issue is that I also can't work out how to zoom them. I could not find anything in the NVR settings nor in SmartPSS. I can't connect to the camera web...
