When I connect to my HIK NVR, using 4200IVMS only shows NVR cam 1-16, no names The LITE version shows the actual camera names. Can I get the 4200 to do the same?I can't figure out how? TIA

This may seem silly but my NVR looks fine if I log onto some of my cameras through Internet Explorer I see a green box following people along. The only thing I have on is line crossing and these boxes are nowhere near that it also happens in IVMS but not the NVR. I guess I missed something...

While monitoring a 2x8 screen, they are all on sub, you can click on main, but they return to sub. Is this a auto set? Can I force Main? If I open any camera it is main. I am confused.

I can't see any events or line crossing markers when logged into the NVR 4.0 FW. Used IE. Do see them ok when at the nvr and monitor. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

So I set 2 cameras to record sub-stream. Went to playback and nothing recorded. Set to continuous? What am I missing?

Using the Hik NVR 7716NI-I4/16P channel 6 is in the camera screen, I can manually set to working camera, yest on main view I only see 15 cameras So strange. Been through the me us many times. Have 4 Remote offsite cameras and 9 local Plug and play cameras. Any ideas?

I can't get to the mirror setting on Hik dome cameras using the NVR. Have to pull the cable and go in manual through IE. Anyone else?
