Everything is set up to notify the move, like I said if I add the nvr local with local up the alerts work but with him connect they don’t I am trying to avoid port forwarding....- Jordan787

I tried using him-connect but when I do this the nvr doesn’t show up in the alarm notifications tab- Jordan787

Hikvision NVR and Hik-Connect
has anyone had any success with adding a Hikvision nvr to iVMS-4500 through Hik-Connect then being able to receive intrusion alerts? I can get the nvr added and view and playback but can not get the nvr to show up in the alarm list.- Jordan787
