hi everyone, i am using KD8003 + KH8350. is it possible to open/close a portal for cars by these equipments? I know to do it to control an electric lock for door but I don't know if it's possible for a sliding gate. If yes, can we open the sliding gate by a PIN Pad KD-KP Paskalou

I tried several: 3.2.0.10 3.3.1.4 3.3.1.4 ac and older I didn't see 3.3.1.8, and the note show IVMS 3.2.0.10.... Thx for your information. with 3.3.1.8 all is OK, and I changed public passwords to 4 pin. ;o)

I can't use IVMS to configure KD8003 but it saw as "online". to solve the probleme, I found a solution : Batch Configuration in "Hikvision tools Manager" Software. normally with this new fw version, we could change the number of digits for the public password (for keypad module) to have only 4...

I have upgraded my equipments this morning. for the Indoor -> no pb but for KD8003... i can't manage it by IVMS. Remote control doesn't works anymore but all the system work fine when used.... I don't understand.

Hi everyone, I have few questions for you : can we use 4 numbers for the PIN on the numeric Keypad KD-KP module instead 6? If a visitor try a wrong PIN, can we receive an alert by email (for example)? I saw that a firmware exists for the Keypad KD-KP - How can we do to update it? Regards

You can try if you want but I am not sure it changes anything.

Hi, I am using KD8003 EU, and I have upgraded it with US Firmware without issue. In my opinion, both (EU & US fw are same), just the dates are different.

I dont understand why there are 2 patches with the same reference : V2.0.8_build200409 and V2.0.8_build191029 but in the website... there isn't patch built 200409....HIK

Electric lock voltage can be adjust (12 vs 24v) but I use POE. So can i simply use this pin ? I have aready checked it with multimeter, there isn't any value. it seems to be the pin to power Kd8003 without POE. correct ?

Hi, For that, I use a NAS Synology by RSTP Protocol. I can control all my cameras with Surveillance station and access to them from outside by VPN. If there is a mouvement, the nas store videos few minutes before. (With sound) I think, it should be the best solution for you too.

About my pinkish problem. The support contacted me this morning, and the IR filter is blocked in night vision mode... so a new camera will be sent today & normally I will received it tomorrow. ;o) w3cam.fr support is awesome !
