I did a full NVR firmware upgrade thanks to Configtool. I will see at next reboots if the problem is corrected. In the meantime, the newer interface is much better.

I restored to factory settings my NVR. No firmware upgrade because it tells me I have the latest version (2018!). I re-set everything. Everything works. I didn't have courage to try rebooting yet.

Hello ! I managed to make it work from IMOU (connect cameras to IMOU and IMOU to google home). Image is not always stable, but good enough. Through RPI, I just managed to take a picture and show it on GH with a one line script using CATT, but not a stream. Good luck

My ports are 37777. I don't understand. I have rebooted many times my NVR with always cameras attached and it stayed at port 3777. Should I remove the cameras from registration part (not physically) and reboot ? Will that reallocate ports to 1/2/3/4?

I have just done it. With a laptop and direct wired connection, it works. It is just a bit complicated because my NVR is not physically easily accessible. I would have preferred a more practical solution.
