Audio from only one camera in UI3, video of several?

Hi folks, I have UI3 set up on a permanent monitoring station (it opens up the browser and all cameras on screen when the computer is booting). I want to exclude audio from all cameras except for one, but can't find a way to do this without either (a) disabling audio on the other cameras no...

Disk usage 98-99%, poor framerate in web server.

Ok. maybe that is a reason why. I do have my videos set to 4 or 6 hour increments cause i like scrubbing the videos that way to review footage. However, for anyone else with this problem, I realized that the problem began right after I deleted a clip from my New folder. That may have been a...

Disk usage 98-99%, poor framerate in web server.

I understand and after doing some research I am no longer going to write to my SSD and later move to purple, I'll just write everything to purple. However, how did I cause the overallocation? I have plenty of space on the C drive. I set a reasonable limit for file size on both new and alerts...

Disk usage 98-99%, poor framerate in web server.

Hello, I have a PC running 8 cameras with at least one solid state disk and one WD purple drive. It was working fine for a long time for my purposes and the CPU usage hovers around 50% normally. I have my clip and archiving rules set to put all the alerts and new clips on the solid state drive...

Lock monitor screen while viewing cameras?

Not really worried about that. I just mentioned that kind of security concern as a reason why Blue Iris might want to provide the feature I was looking for.

Lock monitor screen while viewing cameras?

I probably shouldn't have mentioned USB issues. I didn't know there was a way to offload a keylogger from a USB onto a locked computer. I'm not really concerned about that level of user. I'm more concerned about extended family opening up old clips of security footage, et cetera. Anything that...

Lock monitor screen while viewing cameras?

I have a television set up next to my front door hooked up to my Blue Iris client/computer. I like to be able to go to my entry door and look at the monitor to observe traffic around my house. I am having some guests stay at my house in the future and would like to know how to prevent the guests...

Can't figure out how to login to IP Cam through browser?

Nevermind, obtained a power brick and was able to connect all cameras to router one by one and change encoding type to h264 so they are compatible with NVR now. All fixed. Only took like 13 hours. Thanks for the help.

Can't figure out how to login to IP Cam through browser?

I already attempted to access the cameras at their ip addresses, 192.168.254.11, for example. But that didn't work. At some point i assumed it was because my router was giving my mac a subnet outside of 254, so i had my router assign all of its ips in the range of 192.168.254.100-199. There are...

Can't figure out how to login to IP Cam through browser?

Thank you for your suggestions. I don't have an ethernet port on my mac. I tried the first suggestion and it did indeed produce a column of links in the camera management page, all of which were the IP address for the NVR )192.168.254.135, followed by a colon and a random port. IE: 65001...

Can't figure out how to login to IP Cam through browser?

Thanks for the help in advance. I bought several Dahua OEM cameras for a LaView NVR. They were not plug and play. With significant difficulty I finally got them initialized and set to a static IP and added to my NVR. However, they encode in H265 and my NVR cannot display the streams. I...
