So i downgraded to a Pre Deepstack release i think it was 5.3.9.17 and ONVIF vs external works. My onvif triggers come in and make clips with no alert, and the outdoor motion triggers external which causes an aler as it used to.

Thanks for the response. Right now the doorbell is on its own router so i can isolate any other issues. I do have an old Rock64 board that i can use. Ill go int to BCT and drop frame rate from 15 to 7 and drop audio and report back.

Hi all. Trying to diagnose an issue ive had for a few months. My doorbell disconnects all the time. Its not the 3 minute issue as the Blue iris logs show it happening as much as every minute to as long as every 15-20 minutes. I constantly get disconnects. I have the 200231 Hikvision latest...

1. Ill stick with BI detection 2. VLC has audio! I ended up going into the Video setting and under the audio stream selecting RTSP with alternate AAC decoder and i have audio.. Thanks for the help!

Reset it up.. had it set to None.. (facepalm).. it works perfectly now and all onvif functions work. thanks!

thanks for the reply. I set it up with the EZVIZ app. It never asked me. Ill try setting it up again and see what happens. Its a mechanical doorbell. Is there a better app to use when we have the Hikvision DB1 firmware?

Amazing.. its working! finally.. one last thing.. i noticed the camera is no longer closing the circuit to ring my actual doorbell.. how do i fix that?
