I noticed this works on my iPhone but not on an iPad. Not sure why. The iVMS-4500 app has a clear or fluent option that works. Clear appears to be like HD. Still experimenting.

Thanks. I ordered a 12TB drive to add to my QNAP. Recording from the cameras to the NAS on a continuous basis captures everything and recording motion on the NVR works well with the Hik-Connect app so I can just review things I'm interested in. Hopefully everything works as planned.

C Can you post a pic of the icon? I tried this setup and couldn't get it to work. I was able to set continuous record from a camera to my NAS and motion record from the NVR which also works but I'm curious how to make it work in just the NVR.

I'm starting to think so. Out of 7 I have one for sure and possibly two with this issue and one that's slightly out of focus. The ones that work are great though. I may have to return these and wait for a while and let this batch run out.

I have a HikVision DS-2CD2385G1-1 turret that has a red hue line on the left side of the picture. I noticed it once before mounting and then it went away and now it's back. At first I thought it had something to do with the sunlight but I see it's still there now after the sun has set. Any ideas?
