Today when I opened up IE to view the cameras the options to view the different camera layout's was back. One thing different was a popup screen came up asking me if I wanted to use IE in compatibility mode. I clicked yes and the different views were back. Problem solved!

Client of mine has the above NVR in his business. He can view the cameras on his phone when he is outside but cannot when he is in his home. WiFi works fine in his home. I did not install this, just trying to help him out. Thanks

After a few reboots of the NVR and computer it's back to normal.

I am running IE 11.039.17763.0 and Dahua a Dahua NVR5216-16P-4KS2E Version V4.000.0000001.5 Build date 2019-12-06. A few days ago the background main menu color changed to white. Rebooting the NVR changed nothing. Any ideas what may have caused this? Everything is working fine otherwise.

I have a client who currently has two indoor dropcams. If they purchase a Nest Doorbell camera will they play nice together?

When using Internet Explorer 11 and setting Video Detection, Motion Detect, Region Setting, Internet Explorer will lock up. Only fix I found is to close Internet Explorer and restart it. No issues with changing these settings when doing it directly from the NVR.

Currently running 2.800.0000000.0.R,2019-05-21. Guess I should wait then.

I am having a problem viewing my Dahua cameras connected to a Dahua NVR using IP Cam Viewer Pro with Roku. Only two cameras will show up using 192.168.0.108 which is the IP address of the NVR. The cameras IP addresses are in the 10.1.1.65 to 10.1.1.74 range, I think this is where the problem...
