After talking with Jack seem like I had a old kernel so the engineer created a new kernal for my camera so I was able to use this firmware. So far everything is good fast and clear. Night view is awesome.

Ah I had that problem too but my fix was turn email sending on the camera. It works for the first 5 minutes then stop. I go to the nvr and trigger the email setting on the camera in the nvr. Not the sending email itself the nvr send but the camera event function on what it does when and event is...

Could be your cable. I was working on my garage today and laid a big metal crowbar on the cable and camera rebooted. This was a city plenum cable. Once I removed it it came back. I check to see if I the cable was pincers anywhere but I don't see any. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk

I don't use nvr with build in poe for that reason. Try plugging in your laptop to one of the poe port and change the ip to match the nvr and see if you can access the camera. Maybe it need to be reconfigure Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
