How do they perform in low light? I was thinking instead of using night vision just use motion flood lights and that would provide enough light for the camera to see.

Can you this camera pan or swivel? Right now I use the dlink 930 something VGA ip cameras. Obviously the resolution sucks, but I have them setup inbetween storm windows and i have to be able to pan and tilt it to look out the window.
