There are not many chimes available in the uk in 12 volt dc. Unsure why hikvision sell this doorbell, but I hace bought it and would like to get it working. But can not see any point in having a doorbell without a chime. Thanks

Iv been trying to change different settings to put this right, for the last 2 days! Its really confusing me. I am nearly at the point where Im going to reset the system to the default settings, and start again! Thanks

I dont know what I have done, but when I veiw the playback on my monitor, and hold the mouse over the time line, at the bottom of the screen I get 'no resource ' where the preview should be, if that makes sense? On my 8mp darkfighter When I veiw playback on my other camera (4mp darkfighter)...
