What's the difference between the NEU and the STD update? I have previously updated my DS-7608NI-E2 / 8P running V3.4.96 build 170921 with the ML_STD. Just not sure of the NEU update?

When you say smart events show up as green on the timeline, do you mean via the web or via direct connect? If web, how did you get this to function? I dont have it. I've upgraded too.

I can confirm that 3.4.2 does NOT work, even with less secure apps and using the google smtp IP address (as opposed to smtp.google.com).

Actually, I just tried, because I realized it was already set to 2 (and it failed via GUI upload) When I booted into the NVR, its saying it is a DS-7116N-SN I've bought a DS-7608N.....not sure why it's saying that. Have I loaded on the incorrect 3.0.10 firmware?
