I'm also trying to get this type of cam to work with ispy and have found the open ports are the same as yours 23456 and 34567. I've tried a LOT of different rtsp: 's with no luck. I have some suggestions on how to find the stream. 360 eyes (pro) and IPC360 phone apps work for this camera on...
