Thank 26086319, that is very helpfull. I finally got my VTH5221DW-C working again! The connection with Putty didn't work for me so I used RealTerm and an old Win10 laptop. I've tried several sw versions form Index of /images/Firmware/Video_Intercom and finally got it working again. -
