Hi, One of my cameras has suddenly stopped recording smart events. What could have caused that to happen? I am not aware that anything has changed. All I have done is clean the outside of the camera, nothing else. Any ideas please?

I know the positioning of this camera is all wrong but I am more concerned about the night time picture. I have cleaned the dome camera thoroughly and the night time image always has these white orbs. Day time image is crystal clear. Can anyone tell me what is causing this please?
