Thanks again - increasing the receive buffer to 20MB from 1.5MB made all the difference. Is there a way to know what the optimal settings are for the receive buffer or should I just leave it at 20MB as consider it fixed?

Thanks for the quick reply. I may have cloned the camera from other cameras - very possible. Something I should check with that? I'll increase the buffer to 20MB and let you know what happens. I do not access the camera from any other client - I only try to access it through the Blue Iris...
