I just received a bill from DHL for import/export duties for $27.12 Import/Export Duties $16.12 Payment Deferment $ 11.00 Since the only purchase I have made from china was the Mini PTZ I assume it was for them, I bought 2. Is this normal? Michael

To start I would like to thank fenderman for directing me to this site and all his help. I bought a Avertx system from Costco that I have been unhappy with the quality, it's not bad but I hope to do better. Looking forward to learning from everyone and hope to not be too big a bother. Michael
