You are lucky man... 5xxx-4KS2 (and 4xxx-4KS2) are very special line of NVR line.. Released in 2017 (if I remember correctly), around 2019 upgraded by firmware to new UI and AI functionality, and supported with new firmware released up to almost 2023.. I don't remember any other Dahua...

Worst part is that beloved due to form factor SD4A425DB will receive the least amount of new features (only AutoPatrol, not AcuPick or other features). It's a pity that this is the only sensible PTZ model that can pass (for observers) as an ordinary camera.. Which is important here in Europe...

Those (-XA, -GB) are generations of cam. From HW point usually they have changed a SOC (CPU+GPU+ISP+AI) to newer / more powerful one. From SW point this usually means totally a new firmware (generation) with a new features (image processing enhancement, new AI modes, better auto tracking)...
