I assume you are seeing the IVS events in the camera its self. Try enable the smart motion detection and see if those ONVIF events get through to BI and trigger it.

Can you see this setting?

Does you camera report "GetEvents: ok" as below on the camera setting > general tab? Have you disabled ONVIF authentication in the camera? Network > Access Platform > ONVIF

You also have the enabled checkbox option. Guessing you are running BI 5.7.5.3? It might have changed between versions or I modified it. I don't remember touching it though. Most of my triggers are "intrusions". If you change it to match mine do they work?
