I installed an old version of the app, no auto updates then...

I already gave up and installed the old ringer. No firmware worked. The previous one did, but lost connection after a few hours and always went back to ap mode automatically. Very frustrating. Never update a working thing!

Any update on this? I had the same problem with the new firmware.

Wow, thanks man! You are a lifesaver. This firmware did help! After flashing my DB1, I was able to get it back into the ezviz app. Everything worked fine again. Doorbell was working great.... For about 2 hours the network connection was lost (impossible because the router is only 1meter away)...

Today I have the same problem after a firmware update. Adding in the app stuck at 90%, but connected to my Wifi (i can see the stream) Flashing it back to 191211 didn't help for me. Can you remember what else you did? Cut off the power, reset,...? Thanks

Hello, I own a DB1 for almost 2 years now. Always working perfectly but 2 days ago it asked to upgrade the firmware. I did this and it failed (got an error it was not possible the upgrade). Immediately the device appeared offline in my app. I shut the power for always 12 hours and put it back...

Thanks I tried that and the bell was working again. No need you reconfigure anything. The chime indoor worked again... But after 30 minutes again the same problem... Device offline. Impossible tot reset. No chime when button is pushed... The power is off again and i'll try to reconfigure it...

Hello everybody, I hope I'm in the correct thread. I have my DB1 working great for 4 months. Since yesterday the device just went offline... I tried to reset it using the button but it's not responding. The ring stays solid blue and will not start flashing. It held the button for more than 20...
