dahua nvr5216-16p-4ks2e

I just bought Dahua NVR5216P-4KS2 and I already have swann nhd815 cameras installed already with wire. Is there any way so i can use these cameras with my new nvr? I already changed the IP address of cameras and its recognised by nvr but not recording or supporting yet. Any help please?

Hello I will probably look back at this in time and think this is a stupid question. After years fiddling around with Synology surveillance station I decided to take on new route and purchase myself a Dahua NVR5216-16P-4KS2E which arrived yesterday. Now just waiting for the hard drives, but...
