hikvision turbo hd 5mp problems

Hi everyone I am writing because of some turbo hd 5mp dvr and camera. I get a blurry image, not so clear as 3mp, and i think it might be some factory problem within the camera itself. Did anyone encounter anything like this, and what is the solution. I also think I might have missed something...
