    Ip Cam Poe board Dead?

    I have an older ip cam and it went out for few days, so i decided to jump it with a power adapter and all works now, but if power is unplugged it goes offline and there is no blinking power on the cat5e cable as it has those green leads. I assume the poe board poe maybe gone . (Model gw-2061ip...
