Which camera for day/night LPR for distance of 50 - 75' at 15 degree max angle?
Hi, I want to add LPR capability to my BI system. I need to have solid day/night LPR performance at a distance of 50 - 75' with a max camera-to-license plate angle of about 15 degrees. From my reading on this site, I see both the IPC-B5442E-Z4E and IPC-HFW5231E-Z12 cameras mentioned in LPR... -

Newbie caught a break-in! But...
Installed my first system about 10 days ago, with Blue Iris and two cameras in a small trailer park. I pretty much kept Blue Iris defaults, so the cams triggered on motion and recorded for 30 seconds or so. Cameras are located at opposite ends, one on first trailer, one on the last, about 140'...- m_knoblock
