verification code needed

Hello, I added my hik-connect account to IVMS-4200 installed on my PC. But when I tried to remove the account, the device got deleted too when I checked on my phone app. I tried to add the device again using the DVR details from IVMS logs. I was able to add it but it requires verification code...
