    Hello, I am running 5 4K cameras on dahua at: h.265 15 fps bitrate 6144 I basically replaced my hdd to a WD purple Pro 14tb. I noticed that when I playback old footage on DMSS it has stutter, the same thing for smartPSS. When I play on the NVR it plays fine. I'm pretty sure I didn't have...
